These terms cover The 2-Minute Quote and the other tools at aiwithoutjargon.com.au, run by AI Without the Jargon ("we", "us"). Using the service means you accept them.

What the service is

The 2-Minute Quote gives a business a hosted quote page and website button that measures a property from aerial and street imagery and produces an instant price from the rates that business sets. Leads are delivered to the business by email and, where connected, into their job software.

Your rates, your quotes

Prices shown to customers are generated from the rate card the business controls. The business is responsible for its own pricing, for honouring or revising quotes with its customers, and for the work itself. Measurements are produced from imagery and public building data — they're accurate enough to price from, but they are estimates, and final prices between a business and its customer are the business's call.

Billing

• The 2-Minute Quote is A$75 per month including GST, after a free trial period shown at sign-up.
• Nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
• Cancel any time from your dashboard — your page stays live to the end of the period you've paid for, and your rates, leads and branding stay saved in case you come back.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Fair use

Don't use the service to send spam, to scrape or overload it, to impersonate another business, or for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.

The honest limits

We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it's provided as-is: we can't promise imagery coverage for every address, uninterrupted availability, or that a measurement is exact. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
