Things people usually ask

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You tell us how the job is done now and what you'd like to stop doing. We work out the rest and explain it in plain English.

What does it cost?

The first pilot is free. Once you've seen it working on your own problem, we quote a fixed price to finish it, and only if you want to go ahead. There are no prices on this site because every job is different.

We already use other software. Does that matter?

That's normal, and usually a good thing. Most of what we build connects to the tools you already have, like your email, calendar, CRM or accounting software, rather than replacing them.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

That's why anything customer-facing can wait for your approval. What we build has plain rules and checks around the AI, and it only works from the facts and prices you give it.

Have you built anything we can look at?

Yes. Some of it runs live, and you can try a couple of things yourself. Here are a few things we've built, and our builds gallery has working samples you can watch, sorted by kind of work.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It runs on accounts in your name, and you get notes on how it works and how to change it.

Where are you based?

Melbourne, working with businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Almost everything can be done remotely.
