AI without the Jargon

Things we've built

A few things we've built

Some of these run real businesses every day, and some you can try yourself right now. Client names are left out unless they've said it's fine, and we're happy to walk through any of it.

An instant quoting platform for trade businesses

A homeowner types their address, the roof is measured from aerial imagery, and the business's own rates turn it into a price while they're still on the page. Businesses sign themselves up, get a quote page designed around their own branding, set their prices, and run their leads and billing from their own dashboard.

The part that matters: The AI measures and checks the house. A plain pricing engine sets the price from the owner's rates, so every quote can be explained line by line.

An AI receptionist and website chat

One system that answers calls, texts and website chat for several businesses, each in its own name. It works out what the person needs, checks they're in the service area, takes their details and emails the owner a clean lead with the transcript.

The part that matters: Each business has a written brief the owner approves, and it only quotes prices the owner has confirmed.

An operations system for a garden and property business

The back office of a Melbourne business with franchisees: instant quotes, a receptionist that routes each lead by suburb, a dashboard for jobs, invoices and subcontractors, and a phone app the franchisees can simply talk to. Background agents draft review replies and sort job photos, and a monitor watches every part and fixes the safe things itself.

The part that matters: Anything that goes to a customer is drafted first and sent once a person taps approve.

Websites built with the tools already wired in

A pipeline that researches a business from its website, Google listing and reviews, records where every fact came from, then designs a site for it and wires in quoting, reception and chat. The example business is made up; everything on it works.

Swell, an AI surf guide for Victoria

Tell it where you're starting from, your level and when, and it tells you where to surf. Live ocean data runs through a scoring engine with safety rules, so it won't send a beginner into a big swell, and the AI writes the call in plain words.

A business research pipeline

It pulls from public business registers, map listings and job ads, works out which records are the same business, and has AI agents check and score each one. A plain-code checker then throws out anything the agents can't back up with a source, so a confident guess never makes it through.
