I started AI Without the Jargon because I noticed something weird happening: AI was changing everything, but small businesses were getting left behind.
Most AI advice out there is written for big tech companies — not for tradies, retailers, accountants, or family-run businesses. The tools are there, but the help isn't.
So I started doing something about it.
My background is in engineering, which taught me how to break complicated problems down into simple solutions. I'm self-taught in AI and I've been building tools for small businesses ever since — quoting systems, customer chatbots, automation workflows, and more.
I work one-on-one with every client. No big agency. No middlemen. No fluff. Just me, sitting down with you, figuring out what your business actually needs and getting it built.
I'm based in Melbourne, but I work with small businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
