Privacy policy

Northside Gutter Care (ABN 00 000 000 000, "we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do with it. We keep it plain because that is the only honest way to write one.

What we collect

  • When you ask for a price, book a job or send a request: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, what you told us about the job, and any photos you attach. For an instant gutter-cleaning price we also use publicly available satellite and street imagery of the address you enter to measure the roof.
  • When you ring us: your number and what you tell us so we can call you back.
  • When you use the chat on this site: what you type. The chat is automated software and says so in its first message. Transcripts are kept so we can follow up on anything you asked for.
  • When you browse: the pages you view and how you got here (for example a search engine or a link), collected by our own first-party analytics. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To give you a price, do the job you asked for, contact you about it, remind you when a regular service is due if you signed up for one, ask how it went, and keep our records. That is all.

Who sees it

Us, and the software that runs this website on our behalf (AI Without the Jargon Pty Ltd, Australia), which stores it securely and uses it only to provide these services. Payments, where offered, are handled by Stripe and we never see your card number. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Job and quote records for as long as we need them for tax and warranty purposes (generally seven years). Chat and call transcripts for twelve months. Analytics data for two years. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time, subject to the records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting 0468 050 964. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information you can complain to us first, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if we cannot sort it out.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with the date it took effect. Last updated 2026.
