These terms cover your use of this website, run by Northside Gutter Care (ABN 00 000 000 000, "we", "us"). Using the site means you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

Prices shown on this site

An instant gutter-cleaning price is worked out from measurements of your roof taken from satellite and street imagery, plus the answers you give us. It is a genuine price for the job as described. If, when we arrive, the property is materially different from what the imagery and your answers showed (for example an extra storey, gutter guard we were not told about, or gutters far fuller than described), we will tell you before starting and agree any change with you. You can decline and owe nothing.

Where a price is shown as a range or marked as an estimate, the final price is confirmed with you before work begins. Any other prices published on this site are our current prices and may change; the price you are quoted for a specific job is the one that applies.

Bookings

A booking made on this site is a request for that day and time window. We confirm it by email. If we cannot make it, we will offer another time or you can cancel at no cost. If you need to cancel or move a booking, please give us as much notice as you can.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done unless we agree otherwise. Where online payment is offered it is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Invoices are issued by email.

Our work

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to our services and nothing here takes them away. If something is not right, tell us and we will come back and fix it.

We try to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we do not promise it is error-free or always up. The content, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
